Cannot Access TikTok Account Email OTP Missing

I am a TikTok user from Pakistan with the username “Shahzad-m***053” and I am unable to properly access and secure my account because of an issue with the email address linked to it. When I try to log in, I receive the first OTP on my phone number 03069237*** without any problem, but then TikTok sends a second security OTP to the email connected to my account. I no longer have access to this email and I am not receiving the email OTP, so I cannot complete the login and security process. This situation has been going on for about 2 to 3 months. During this time, I have tried to get help and contacted TikTok support, but I have not received any clear or helpful response and my problem is still not resolved. I have not made any purchases on this account, but it is important for me to keep using it safely. My request from TikTok is to remove the old email that is currently linked to my account and allow me to connect a new email address so that I can receive the security OTP there and access my account again. I am ready to provide any necessary verification information to prove that I am the real owner of the account and I kindly ask for your support to update my email and restore my full access as soon as possible.
