TikTok Account Access Requested Over Three Months Ago
I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username “urhinessroyal” and the email address “q.ben***@hotmail.com”. I have been unable to access my account because an old phone number is still registered on it, and I can no longer use that number to receive verification codes or log in. For more than three months, I have repeatedly contacted TikTok support to have the old number changed and to regain access to my account and the balance on it. I have opened several different support tickets and communicated with multiple representatives. Each time, I provided all the information and proof requested to verify that the account belongs to me. Despite this, my access has not been restored, and my phone number has still not been updated. At this point, TikTok has stopped responding to my messages altogether. There is money in my TikTok account, and TikTok is clearly aware of this, as they have already refunded me money before after I was charged incorrectly several times. Nevertheless, they are still not helping me to get back into the account, even though I have fully cooperated and proven ownership. I request that TikTok immediately change the old phone number on my account, restore my access to the account and its balance, and provide a clear explanation for why my previous requests have been ignored despite sufficient proof of ownership. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
