I am writing about a serious access problem with my TikTok account. On 26 December my phone was snatched in Lahore. That device was the one I always used to log in to my TikTok account. The phone number linked to my TikTok account is still active and I have full access to this number, but I cannot log in because of email two‑factor authentication. When I try to access my account, I am blocked at the email 2‑factor step and cannot proceed, even though I can verify my identity with my phone number. I have already contacted TikTok support and requested help, but despite my attempts I still cannot log in to my account. I have worked very hard to grow this account to 30,000 followers, and losing access is very upsetting and discouraging. I respectfully request that my email two‑factor authentication be removed or adjusted so that I can log in using only my phone number, or any other method that allows me to securely regain access to my existing account linked to my current phone number. I kindly ask TikTok to review my case urgently and help me restore access to my account as soon as possible.
