On August 8, 2025, I purchased a North Face straw thermos from Trendyol (Order No: 10413524875). While using the thermos in Ödemiş, İzmir, the handle detached completely from its connection point. I had used the product carefully for a short time after receiving it, but when it accidentally fell off the counter, the handle broke off immediately.
After experiencing this issue, I first called North Face customer service, and then was redirected to their WhatsApp support line. They asked me to send a photo of the product, which I did. However, I was later informed that the item was out of stock and not covered by warranty, so no assistance could be provided. When I contacted them again today, I received the same response with no solution offered. I still have the invoice, though I am unsure whether I have the warranty card.
Given that the product became defective in such a short period and I received no support afterward, I feel significantly inconvenienced. I request that the product be repaired or replaced, and if that’s not possible, that I be fully refunded for the purchase.
