The North Face Charged for Bag but Issued a Cancellation Receipt – Awaiting Refund
On the evening of Thursday, October 9, I purchased a bag at The North Face store, paying via QR code. Although the payment was deducted from my account, the salesperson handed me a cancellation receipt, which I still have. I am now requesting an immediate refund, as I’ve paid for a product I didn’t receive. Please process this refund as soon as possible.
