I bought a brand-new Tesla SR, but the plate area came drilled—clearly done by the person who installed the plate. I immediately reported the issue to Tesla service with photo evidence, expecting them to take responsibility. Instead, they sent me an invoice, asking me to pay for the repair! How is this acceptable? A zero-mile car should not come with damage, especially not from Tesla’s own handling. Why should I cover the cost of fixing a mistake that wasn’t mine? Tesla, this is your responsibility—fix this issue at no cost. Selling a damaged vehicle and then charging the customer for a repair is completely unacceptable. I demand immediate action!
