Temu has added a puzzle verification step to access the site, but the puzzle pieces don’t fit together properly, making it impossible to log in. At first, I thought it was just a temporary glitch, but the issue hasn’t gone away. I haven’t been able to check my orders or use the app at all. It honestly makes me wonder—was this verification system put in place to prevent users from accessing the site? Whoever approved this clearly didn’t consider the user experience. Out of curiosity, I searched the issue on Google and found that thousands of people are having the exact same problem. I’m genuinely surprised that such a widely reported issue still hasn’t been fixed. I really hope Temu stops ignoring this and provides a proper solution soon.
Temu doesn't refund the tax when you return a product; they confiscate the tax you paid.
For the past month or so, I've only been refunded the bare minimum price of the product for orders I've placed with Temu, and for products I've returned quickly. In other words, they don't refund the tax, which is almost the price of the product and which you paid upfront; they confiscate it, victimizing people and providing unfair advantages.
There are no warnings or conditions regarding this on the website when shopping. There's no warning or notification that the tax you paid will not be refunded or forfeited upon return.
I've repeatedly explained the issue to the support center, but unfortunately, they haven't been helpful or resolved the issue.
I will never shop with Temu again.
For example, an item is listed as 278 TL. You also pay the tax upfront and pay around 500-540 TL. Shipping is free. When you return the product, they only refund you the bare cost of 278 TL, leaving you with the tax. This wasn't the case a month ago... I shopped at Temu and was a victim.
I lost my money, my time, and my money.
I will also take this matter to the Consumer Court.
