Telegram Phone Number Banned on iPhone Without Clear Reason

I have an issue with my Telegram account on my iPhone. When I try to log in with my phone number 8456026***, I get the warning message “Your phone was banned” and I can no longer access my Telegram ID linked to this number. I do not know the exact reason for this ban and I did not receive any prior warning or explanation. I use this number for communication and I am now unable to reach my chats and contacts through Telegram. I kindly request that my number be reviewed and unbanned, and that my Telegram account and ID be recovered so I can use the service again.
