Telegram Account Banned Without Warning - Cannot Access Files

I have been using Telegram regularly and, without any prior warning, I suddenly lost access to my account about four days ago. Since that day I have been unable to log in and it appears that my account has been banned. I was not shown any clear reason for this action and I genuinely have no idea what could have caused the ban, as I did not engage in any unusual or harmful activity to my knowledge. After realizing that my account was banned, I sent an email to Telegram support to ask for help and clarification. However, I have not received any response so far, and my access is still blocked. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience because I have important files and information in my Telegram account that I currently cannot reach. I kindly request that my Telegram account be fully reactivated as soon as possible so that I can access my important files again, or at least that I am provided with a clear explanation of the exact reason for the ban and how it can be resolved.
