Telegram Banned My Phone Number and I Cannot Use My Account or Access Services

Dear Telegram Administrators, I am trying to use my phone number ending in 87 (*********87) with Telegram, but I keep receiving a message stating that it is banned. I do not believe I have engaged in any activity that would justify such a restriction. I kindly request you to review my account and lift the ban, as I rely on Telegram for communication. I am even willing to purchase a Premium membership if my account is reinstated. I would greatly appreciate your assistance and a prompt resolution to this matter.
