Telegram Account Still Active on Stolen Phone and SMS Codes Not Received

My Tecno phone was stolen about three weeks ago in Ethiopia. The Telegram account linked to that phone number is still active on the stolen device, and for the last two weeks I have not been able to receive the 5‑digit SMS code needed to log in to my Telegram account. Because I cannot receive the verification SMS, I am unable to access my account, manage my sessions, or secure my data.
