Telegram Account Locked After Phone Stolen

I am writing because I am unable to access my previous Telegram account after my old Android phone, which contained this account, was stolen about two days ago. The account is registered with the phone number 01516571***, and it contains very important channels that I need to access urgently. After my phone was stolen, I tried to log in to Telegram on my new Android device, but I cannot log in to the app and therefore cannot reach my old account or my channels. At the same time, I am very worried that the person who has my stolen phone may still have access to my Telegram account and my data. I request that my access to this Telegram account be restored on my new Android phone and that access from the stolen device be completely blocked. I would like this to be done as soon as possible so that I can securely access my important channels again and prevent any misuse of my account.
