Telegram Account Recovery Problem With PHONE_CODE_EXPIRED Error

My Telegram account registered with the phone number +233 5440589** has been taken over by someone else and I can no longer access it. The person appears to have changed the email associated with the account, and when I try to log in or recover it I receive error messages such as “PHONE_CODE_EXPIRED” and I am told that my email is invalid. This situation has been going on for about two weeks and during this time I have not been able to regain access to my account. My original email address linked to this phone number was ocrant**@gmail.com, but now it seems to have been replaced without my consent. I request that my identity and ownership of the phone number +233 5440589** be verified and that my Telegram account be restored to me. I also ask that the unauthorized email change on my account be reversed and that any additional security measures needed to protect my account from further unauthorized access be applied.
