Online Blackmail Scam Targets Me Through Instagram and Telegram

On December 31, 2025, between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM, an unknown foreign account contacted me via Instagram and Telegram and demanded money from me. This person threatened me by claiming to possess images allegedly belonging to me, which are clearly photo montages and not real.

The individual is using the Instagram account with the username “b1”** and the Telegram account “be”** to pressure me by threatening to share these fake, manipulated images with people around me and with any other parties they choose. This behavior constitutes a serious violation of my personal rights and my right to privacy. People are being deliberately deceived using fabricated images and then subjected to blackmail.

I am requesting that Instagram and Telegram conduct the necessary investigations into these fake, threatening, and extortion-related accounts, that any content shared be removed immediately, and that these accounts be urgently shut down if deemed necessary. I also request that security and monitoring measures be strengthened to prevent similar incidents. Additionally, I ask that all data that could assist with identifying these accounts, including IP addresses, access logs, and identity-related information, be preserved so they can be provided upon request to the judicial and administrative authorities to whom I plan to file formal complaints.

During this process, I do not want to be held responsible for any illegal messages, posts, money requests, or similar actions that may be carried out using my Instagram or Telegram accounts or my personal information. I am requesting that this incident be investigated urgently, that the accounts and content be reviewed, and that I receive assistance in ending this harassment, resolving my victimization, and implementing the necessary protective measures.
