My Telegram Account Is Locked - Too Many Login Attempts

Because I've had to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall your application, I'm now completely locked out of my account! Every time I try to log in, I get the same frustrating message: "Please try again later" due to "too many attempts." This is utterly ridiculous!
