TEB Bank Refused to Give Me the Interest Free Credit They Promised
TEB Bank promoted a campaign offering ₺50,000 interest-free credit to new account holders. I opened an account specifically to benefit from this offer, and I met all the conditions they listed. However, they did not provide the interest-free credit and instead offered me options with interest. I even contacted customer service to clarify the issue, but I was only given generic answers that didn’t solve anything. When I decided to close my account due to this, I was told I had to visit a branch, even though everything was handled remotely during the account opening process. I don’t understand why closing the account can’t be done the same way. I want my account to be closed immediately, as I no longer wish to be a customer of this bank.
