I would like to clearly state that TEB Bank does not comply with the confidentiality of customer information. Today, I received a reply via email stating 'no information has been shared.' However, people claiming to be calling from the bank called my mother's line and said, 'Have her call us, we are calling from the bank.' My mother's line is registered under her name, and my line is registered under my name. I do not know how you obtained my mother's number, and this proves that my personal data has been shared with third parties without my consent. A third party is a third party, and you cannot legitimize this in any way. Moreover, you shamelessly claim that there is no problem with this conversation. How do you know whether I am in contact with my family or not? You may be used to covering things up, but this time you will be held accountable.
I demand that TEB admit that it has illegally contacted third parties and accessed my personal information without permission. I will not allow you to cover up this issue. Additionally, in line with the response provided by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) via CIMER, I hereby clearly state that I will file a complaint with the prosecutor's office and hold you accountable there.
