Tchibo Sold Me a Stale Cake and Ignored My Complaint Despite Multiple Attempts


On November 4, I purchased a cake from the Mersin Palm City Tchibo branch, but after taking just one bite, I realized it was clearly stale. I reported the issue to the store and filed a complaint with photo evidence. Despite calling 2-3 times afterward, the company showed no consideration for its customers and never responded. You collected the payment but failed to provide the promised service. Therefore, I would like to inform you that I will initiate legal action. People’s lives are not that insignificant. We consume these products with our families, and such irresponsible behavior is completely unacceptable.
