Yemek Sepeti Marks Undelivered Orders As Delivered, No Refunds

My Domino's order with the number #gx9j-qyb3 was supposed to be delivered within 30 minutes, but despite 2 hours passing, it was not delivered. When I called the delivery person, we explained that the order didn't arrive on time, and we had eaten elsewhere. The delivery person agreed and said it was okay. However, they marked the order as "completed." We were informed that since we didn't receive the order, it would be canceled by Yemek Sepeti (the food delivery service). But this order, which we never received, was already marked as completed. I have been trying to contact the restaurant for days, but they don't respond. They keep saying they will get back to me during the day, but they never do. They told me that the restaurant manager would contact me in the evening, but it's been another 2 days, and there's still no response. This is nothing but withholding people's money. It's dishonesty. Someone should be held accountable for marking the undelivered order as completed and accepting payment for it. I will continue the necessary legal action to put an end to this irresponsibility and unfair profit-making method.
