Tatilox Misled Us With Beachfront Photos and Unsuitable Rooms

We rented a villa in Ayaş, Erdemli (Mersin) through Tatilox, and we clearly stated that there would be five people staying. However, no information was provided about the room layout, and when we arrived, we saw that the room had only one bed and one couch, which was clearly not suitable for five people.

In the videos shown on the website, the house appeared to be right on the beachfront, but instead, we were offered a different house located at the back of the property. When we objected and pointed out that the accommodation was not suitable for five people, they redirected us to a villa option but then demanded an additional fee.

There are misleading images and practices on the website that deceive consumers.
