Tashanwin Never Credited My ₹100 YAYA PAY UPI Deposit and Has Not Responded to My Complaint

On 23 May 2026 at around 8:45 AM, I deposited 100 rupees into my Tashanwin account (ID: 120572) via UPI using the YAYA PAY application. The amount was successfully debited from my UPI-linked bank account, and I have a screenshot showing the transaction as successful. However, this 100-rupee amount has still not been credited to my Tashanwin balance. Because the money has not been added to my Tashanwin account, I have not been able to use this balance at all. In addition, I have not received any information, notification, or explanation from Tashanwin regarding the delay or the status of this deposit. I also tried to reach out, but I did not receive any response. Based on the successful UPI transaction record and the screenshot I hold, I request that my 100-rupee deposit be immediately credited to my Tashanwin account and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
