Tango Withdrawal Issue

I am a user of the Tango Live application and I am experiencing a withdrawal problem with the Tango Live Wallet. On July 20, 2026, I tried to withdraw my balance of 25 USD to my GCash account, but the system did not allow me to complete the process. After selecting GCash as the withdrawal method and confirming the withdrawal, the app shows an error saying “Something went wrong” and the transaction does not proceed. I have previously made a successful withdrawal and I also use GCash, so I do not understand why this problem is occurring now. I request that my account and wallet be checked, that this technical issue preventing withdrawals to GCash be resolved, and that I be allowed to successfully withdraw my 25 USD balance to my GCash account as soon as possible.
