Tango Support Team Ignores Privacy Violation Complaint for Weeks

I do not use the Tango app; however, a person with the username 'e***4' has been sharing my inappropriate photos and Instagram address through the Tango app without my knowledge or permission since October 1. These posts are still continuing and are seriously violating both my personal rights and my privacy.
After this situation came to light, I submitted my complaint to Tango's support team; however, I have not received any response whatsoever for weeks. The fact that my complaint has not been taken into consideration and that necessary steps have not been taken is both victimizing me and causing me security concerns.
My request from Tango is that the account with the username 'e***4' be immediately closed, that all inappropriate content and posts belonging to me be completely deleted, and that I receive a written response regarding this process. I want all necessary actions to be taken urgently to protect my personal rights and security.
