Tango App Suspended My Device and Ignored My Support Requests
My second account on the Tango app was suddenly closed last night without any explanation. The screen only says that my device has been suspended and that I need to contact support. I am not a broadcaster or someone who constantly goes live. I mostly used my account for messaging and only occasionally for live streaming.
My username is classygator-172757, and the email address connected to my account is f************@gmail.com. In the app, my name incorrectly appears as Narmin, and that is how people recognize me. When my account was closed, no detailed explanation was provided, so I cannot understand why this action was taken. In addition, I had a remaining balance of $79 in the account, and that money is now trapped in an account I can no longer access. I am also having difficulty reaching the support team through the app, which prevents me from properly defending my rights or resolving the issue.
I request that my Tango account be reopened and that any unfair restrictions placed on my account be removed. If restoring access is not possible, then I demand a full refund of the remaining $79 balance that is currently stuck in the account.
