Sweet Bonanza App Won’t Let Me Cancel My Account

I want to cancel and permanently delete my account in the Sweet Bonanza app. Even though I have tried multiple times through the app, I keep getting errors and cannot delete my account. When I try to contact support, I receive an error there as well, and I have not received any response so far.

I have been experiencing this issue for one day, and I am accessing the app through an Android device. My username is Furkan T**. I request that my account be permanently deleted and that all my personal data be removed. I kindly ask for assistance as soon as possible.
