I Got 403 Forbidden By Surveoo. Please Restore Me Access
I use the main Surveoo survey site, and today I encountered a serious access problem. I initially tried to log in with my correct email and password, but the system kept saying that my login details were incorrect. I then followed the link in the email from Surveoo to change my password, successfully updated it, and logged in. After logging out and trying to log in again with the new password, I suddenly started receiving a “403 Forbidden” error. At the moment, I can only access my Surveoo account by using a VPN or a different network. On my normal connection, I am completely blocked with the 403 error. I have not yet contacted customer support directly, but I am writing this complaint because I want this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible. My clear expectation from Surveoo is that the restriction on my normal connection is removed and that I can access my account normally without having to use a VPN or change networks. I request that my access be restored and that any unjust blocking related to my IP or network be lifted.
