New Balance Sneakers Defect - Refund Rejected

I purchased a pair of New Balance unisex sneakers from the official SuperStep website on 14/01/2025. Despite using the shoes only under normal daily conditions, the inner lining started tearing and there was major deformation on the outer surface within about 6–7 months. The sneakers quickly lost their shape and functionality, which is clearly below any reasonable durability expectation for a product sold with a 2-year guarantee. On 25/07/2025, I sent the product via Yurtiçi Kargo to SuperStep for inspection and requested a return. Super Step replied that the issue was “user-related” and rejected my exchange/refund request with a standard response, without providing any detailed, independent technical report. I do not accept this explanation, as the sneakers were not subjected to heavy or improper use and deteriorated far too quickly for a guaranteed product. I request that the price I paid, ₺5,249, be fully refunded or that the product be immediately replaced with a brand-new pair. A sneaker sold with a 2-year guarantee should not become unusable within 7 months under normal conditions. I expect SuperStep to honor its sales promise and resolve this matter in a fair and customer-oriented way.
