Superprof Profile Photo Not Updating And Ad Edits Not Saving
My name is Reem and I am a chemistry teacher using the Superprof platform, where my hourly rate is £50. Recently I tried to change my profile photo and edit my ad, but the system does not reflect these changes. Although the system displays a confirmation message such as “updated” my old profile photo still appears and my ad remains unchanged. I have repeated this process many times from both my computer and my mobile device, each time receiving the “updated” message, but the new photo never appears and the edits to my ad are not visible. I have not received any error messages or warnings related to file size, format, or any other technical criteria. I kindly request technical support so that my profile photo and ad edits can be updated correctly on my account. I would appreciate it if you could check my profile (chemistry teacher, £50 per hour) on the system side and resolve this issue as soon as possible, or inform me of any additional steps I need to take.
