Superprof Charges $7 Student Pass Fee for Unresponsive Tutor Profiles

I subscribed to the Superprof website on August 23, 2026, to arrange private second-grade math tutoring for my daughter, and I paid $7 to message the tutors. After making the payment, I messaged the tutor profiles on the site, but not a single tutor responded, leading me to believe that the tutors are not real and the profiles are fake.

Following this issue, I attempted to reach a support line or customer service within the platform, but I could reach no one and found no point of contact. Even though I received zero benefit from the service, my fee was not refunded.

Since I could not communicate with any tutors and was unable to use the service at all, I demand that Superprof refund the $7 payment to me.
