Turkcell Superonline Upgrade to 200 Mbps Cut Off My Internet Completely

On June 1, 2024, at 5:00 PM, I contacted Turkcell Superonline representatives at 0532**32 00 00 to upgrade our existing 100 Mbps internet speed to 200 Mbps. They upgraded it, but then completely cut off our internet. We tried calling 5-6 times afterward, but the calls were repeatedly disconnected when we were about to reach a customer representative.

We finally reached them from another number. They canceled the upgrade request, but the problem persists. All the internet lights on the modem are on, and we can see the external IP, but there's no internet connection. There is no general outage in our area; everyone else in the building has internet.

Our internet stopped working the moment we upgraded from 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps, and the issue remains unresolved. They claim to have opened a service ticket. As someone who works from home, I have been losing pay since 5:00 PM. Turkcell has been a regretful experience with extremely poor support.
