Superonline Has Not Fixed My Internet and Phone Connection Since November 23
My Superonline internet and phone connection was entirely disconnected on November 23, 2024, at approximately noon, and I have not been able to use either service since then. I have reached out to customer service several times, yet I still haven't received a solution. As of November 26, 2024, at 10:10 AM, the problem in my area remains unresolved. This ongoing issue has created considerable hassle, as I depend on the internet and phone for my work and personal matters. It is truly frustrating that a service of this significance can be out of order for such an extended period without any clear updates or solutions provided. I kindly urge Superonline to resolve this issue and restore my connection at your earliest convenience.
