Superonline Left Me Without Internet for Over 50 Hours and Ignored My Requests

On December 1, 2024, at 12:00 PM, I realised that my internet connection was not working. I reached out to Superonline's customer service right away, and they promised that a team would be sent to fix the problem within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication, and the issue still persists. I reached out to customer service several times, but unfortunately, I didn't get any updates or solutions. As of December 3, 2024, I have been without internet service for over 50 hours, and I still haven't received any clear answers or support. This ongoing issue has really been frustrating, and I feel overlooked as a customer. I anticipate that Superonline will step up and address the issue promptly.
