Superonline Has Not Fixed My Fiber Internet Problem for Days Despite My Calls
I live in Başakşehir, Istanbul, and I use fiber internet. I started having internet access problems on 02.06.2025, and now it's 05.06.2025 and the issue still hasn't been resolved—I still can't access the internet. My work and business operations have come to a complete halt, and this has taken a toll on me both financially and emotionally. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but all I get are vague responses and empty promises. No one has provided a clear explanation or a timeline for when the issue will be fixed. It's not just a matter of a few hours without service; I’ve had no internet access for several days, and they still haven’t been able to restore it.
