Superonline Didn’t Fix My Internet for 3 Days Despite Outage Affecting Half the Building
For the last three days, Superonline has not sent a team to resolve an internet outage impacting half of our building. Considering the brand's standing with Turkcell, I anticipated a higher level of service and quicker solutions to issues. Working from home, I found myself facing considerable inconvenience and disruption due to being without internet for three days. I had high hopes for Superonline's service, but this experience has proven to be quite disappointing. Even after numerous calls and service requests, there has been no response or action taken yet. Customers certainly deserve faster responses, particularly when issues affect several households. I trust that Superonline will take action and address the issue promptly to regain confidence in their service.
It's been exactly 10 days. No one has come or gone. Shame on such service. I hope everyone who reads this complaint takes the lesson from here...
