Superonline Cut My Internet After Installation and Blamed a Regional Issue
On January 6, 2025, at around 6:00 PM, the Superonline fiber team came to set up my home internet. They replaced my old line with a new glass fiber cable, completed the installation, and the internet was working. However, as soon as the team left, my internet connection was lost, and the LOS light started blinking. I even rebooted the modem several times as instructed, but it did not resolve the issue. I contacted them multiple times, but they keep saying there is a regional issue and provide a time frame for resolution. Despite this, the problem has not been resolved. Meanwhile, my neighbors, who use the same internet service, have no such issues and their connections are working fine.
