Superlive Account Permanently Cancelled Without Explanation

I have been using the Superlive app, but my account has recently been permanently cancelled and I can no longer access the service. I did not receive a clear explanation about the reason for this permanent cancellation and I am now unable to use the app as before. I request that the reason for my account’s permanent cancellation be clearly explained to me and that all relevant warnings be shared in detail. If possible, I also ask that my account be reactivated or that an alternative solution be offered so that I can continue to use the service.
