SuperLive Account Inaccessible Due to Unexpected Case Error

I can no longer access my account on the SuperLive app. Whenever I open the app, I receive an “Unexpected Case occurred” error message, and I am unable to use my account normally. The email address I used to create my account is Je********@gmail.com.

I have been experiencing this problem since yesterday, and despite trying to access the app repeatedly, the same error message continues to appear on the login screen. I have tried different login options, but I have not been able to regain access to my account in any way. The troubleshooting instructions provided by the app also do not resolve the issue, and I continue to encounter the same error.

I request that SuperLive investigate my account, resolve this error, and restore my access to the account associated with Je********@gmail.com. I believe that my account has not been intentionally closed and that this is simply a system-related error. I request that the inconvenience I am experiencing be resolved as soon as possible.
