Suno Renewed My Subscription Without Permission and Charged My Card
Although I already had an existing subscription with Suno, on May 12, 2026, approximately $10 was charged to my Ziraat Bank debit card without my knowledge or authorization. The transaction appears on my statement as an international purchase. I do not accept the automatic renewal of my subscription without my explicit approval or prior notice.
I contacted Suno by email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. Being charged for a subscription renewal without my consent and then being unable to reach a representative has caused significant frustration and inconvenience.
I believe users should be clearly informed before any renewal charges are processed and should have the opportunity to actively approve or decline continued billing. In this case, the charge was completed without my awareness, leaving me with an unexpected expense and no explanation from the company.
I request that the approximately $10 charged without my authorization be refunded to my card as soon as possible. I also request that my subscription settings be updated so that future renewals cannot occur without my explicit consent. In addition, I expect a clear written explanation regarding the basis on which this renewal was processed and why the charge was made without prior notification or approval.
