Sugo Blocked My Account Without a Valid Explanation
I have been a Sugo user for approximately four years and during this time I have loaded a total balance of more than ₺1,000,000 into my account. On 17.04.2026, my Sugo account with ID 238177631, username Natasyah and phone number 085840023074 was accessed without my permission by someone who I believe is authorized from the management, and my account was subsequently blocked. As a result, I have been unable to access my account for 14 days. When I contacted customer service, I was told that my account was blocked due to a complaint. I strongly reject this explanation because, to my knowledge, no one has reported my account, and there is absolutely no possibility that another person could access my account. This is the first time I have faced such a problem in all the years I have been using Sugo. I request that my agent account be immediately reopened so that I can access it again. If this is not possible, I demand that my current balance and all the amounts I have loaded into my account to date be fully refunded to me.
