Sugo Account Recovery Request After Easypaisa Scam
I am writing to report a serious issue I experienced on Sugo on March 11, 2026. A user on Sugo named “Hania Hania” first sent me her number through Sugo and then shared her WhatsApp number. She told me that if I sent 2,000, I would receive a Sugo plan. Trusting her, I sent the money through Easypaisa to a person named Qasim at the number 034211267**.
After I sent the money, my Sugo account was suddenly banned, even though I did nothing wrong. I believe I was scammed by this user and the person she directed me to. I made a mistake by trusting them, and I take responsibility for that, but I acted in good faith and never intended to violate any rules.
I kindly request that this matter be investigated in detail, including the Sugo account “Hania Hania” and the person named Qasim who took the money. I also request that you review my account, linked to the number 034211267**, and remove the ban if possible, because I want to continue using Sugo in a fair and safe way.
I sincerely ask for your help in resolving this issue, taking action against the people who scammed me, and restoring my account so I can use your services again.

A girl named H*** asked me for money and promised to give coins. She took 2000 from me. As soon as I sent the money, my account got blocked. I don’t know what she did.
