Sugo Account Blocked by AI Before Live Stream Without Reason
I am writing about a problem I experienced with the Sugo app in Thailand. Yesterday, on 14 June 2026, my account with ID 224874*** was blocked and I have not been able to go online and use the service since then. This happened right before I was going to go live. I had not started the live yet; I only changed my shirt, and then the AI system blocked me immediately. I did not violate any rules, and I do not understand why my account was blocked. After noticing the block, I contacted Sugo customer support, but they were not able to help me or provide a solution, and my account remains blocked. I kindly request that my Sugo account be urgently unblocked and that I be clearly informed about the exact reason for this block, as I believe it was a mistake by the system.
