I’m extremely frustrated with Subway Surfers right now. Despite having an account, all my progress was wiped after I got annoyed with a glitch and reinstalled the game. I logged back into my account multiple times, hoping to recover everything, but my high scores, game progress, characters, and 386 keys are all gone.
What’s the point of account backup if everything can just disappear like this? It makes no sense that a game this popular doesn’t properly restore saved data. I’ve put time and money into this game, and it’s unacceptable to lose it all over one reinstall.
