Stradivarius Jeans Bleed Dye and Ruin My Shoes in the Rain

I purchased a Stradivarius-brand pair of jeans through Trendyol on May 5th. Shortly after buying the product, I had the hems tailored to my height and started using it normally.
At the end of May, during a trip I took to Cappadocia, there was an unexpected rainfall. After the rain, I noticed that my newly purchased white shoes had turned blue. Looking closely, I saw that the color change was entirely caused by dye bleeding from the Stradivarius jeans I was wearing. Having both my newly purchased pants and shoes damaged this way left me seriously disappointed.
In my research online, seeing that the company hadn't responded to similar complaints about these jeans further reduced my trust in the brand and the product.
For this reason, I am requesting a return for the jeans in question, purchased through Trendyol, and I kindly ask that the hardship I've experienced be resolved.
