Storytel Subscription Issues. Payment Made, But Unable to Access Content

I bought a subscription from Storytel. Even though I've made the payment, I'm unable to listen to any audiobooks. I keep getting redirected to the purchase screen in the app. Getting in touch with the company through email seems to be a futile effort, as they consistently fail to respond. This company is definitely not good. If you come across this message, refrain from giving them any money.
