Stellantis Turkey Didn't Solve Multimedia Screen Problem in My Corsa

I bought an Opel Corsa in November 2022, but after just one week, the multimedia screen started shutting off. When I went to the car service, they told me a new update would be released and that it would fix the problem. I trusted their promise and kept using the car carefully, hoping for a quick solution. However, even after almost three years, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I even missed important appointments because the screen suddenly turned off while driving. Every time I visit the service center, they just ask me to wait. I think I’ve waited long enough!
