Starmaker User Harassing Others With Abusive Language

For a while now I have been subjected to ongoing abuse in Starmaker rooms by a user with the ID 13282778***. This person uses abusive words and plays abusive tracks in the rooms, which makes my experience on the platform extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I have a screen recording that clearly shows this abusive behaviour and can share it with you when requested. So far, I have not submitted any in‑app report or contacted support before this complaint. I request that you permanently ban this user’s account and take the necessary action to remove and prevent such abusive behaviour in your rooms, so that users can feel safe using your platform.
