StarMaker Logged Me Into the Wrong Account – Request Original Account Recovery

I am a StarMaker user and since 6 July 2026 I have not been able to access my original account. Every time I log in using my email, the system opens a new account instead of my existing one. At the moment, the account that appears has the ID 100135320302, but I want to regain access to my old account with ID 100041677633. I did not request the creation of a new account and I always log in with the same email address, so this situation is causing me confusion and preventing me from using my real account. I kindly request that you return full access to my old StarMaker account with ID 100041677633 and connect it back to my email, and if necessary cancel or remove the new, incorrect account that was created during the login process.
