StarMaker Account Permanently Blocked for Employee Impersonation

I have been using my StarMaker account since 2016 with the username “Starmaker Hasan” and ID D 13292098***. Earlier this evening my account was suddenly permanently blocked. The reason stated was that I was pretending to be an employee, even though I did not harm or cause any loss to anyone. After my account was blocked, I contacted StarMaker support and tried to appeal, but until now I have not received any response or explanation. As a long‑time user who has invested time and effort in this account since 2016, I feel very disappointed that such a heavy sanction was given without clear evaluation and without any reply to my appeal. I kindly request that my StarMaker account be reviewed in detail and the permanent block be lifted. If there was a misunderstanding regarding the allegation of pretending to be an employee, I ask that it be re‑examined fairly, and my access to the account be restored.
