StarMaker Account Muted – Voice and Text Messaging Blocked Without Reason

I use the Starmaker app on an Android phone, and recently my account was muted so that I can no longer talk to my friends with voice or send them text messages. When I try to use the message function, the app shows a system warning on a black screen that says in Portuguese that my messaging function has been blocked and that I should check the system information for more details. I do not understand the exact reason for this block and I believe there has been a mistake, because I only use the app to communicate and sing with my friends. This situation is preventing me from using the main features of Starmaker and is ruining my experience on the platform. I kindly request that you urgently review the block on my account, explain clearly why it was applied, and remove the mute so that I can again talk to my friends with both my voice and my texts.
