StarMaker Account Blocked Without Explanation, Request for Review

I have been using the StarMaker application and my account was suddenly blocked about 2–3 weeks ago. When I try to log in, I see a message on the screen saying “Sorry, your account is blocked due to your illegal behavior in APP.” I was not given any specific reason or details about what this “illegal behavior” is supposed to be, and I have not intentionally violated any rules or terms of use. I later learned that my sister claims she reported my account on purpose because she was angry with me, and I believe this may have led to my account being unfairly blocked. All my friends are on this platform and we regularly communicate there. They also helped me a lot with my lowest points and my progress in the app, so losing access to my account means I am cut off from them and from the support and effort we have built together. I request that my StarMaker account be urgently reviewed and unblocked, as I consider this ban unjustified. If there is any concrete reason or evidence behind this decision, I also ask you to clearly share it with me so I can understand what happened and avoid any similar issues in the future.
